If the discount code you applied to your registration isn’t working:
- Make sure you are entering the code exactly--Codes are case sensitive and there should be no leading or ending spaces.
- Ensure you are using the code on the correct organization/event.--Codes are organization specific and can also be event specific. Be sure you are registering for the correct event
- Check the rules and expiration date for the code--Discount codes can have limits of how many times it can be used and/or expire on a specific date. Make sure the code is still current and has not exceeded its uses.
- If the code is still not working, contact support@trackrabbit.com with the code, discount amount, and the event you are registering for so we can research it further
