Something’s come up and I can’t make an event—can I still get a refund?

 

Tip:  Financed transactions will only refund any amounts already paid minus finance fees. Any financing fees are not eligible for refund as they go to the payment processing company and not to the organizer or Track Rabbit

 

  • Refunds are at the sole discretion of the event organizer.  The organizer of the event dictates the cancellation policy and has the ability to offer refunds.  To find the cancellation policy for an event, head to the Details page for the event where it is stored.  
    • If the cancellation policy allows for a refund, please contact support@trackrabbit.com to have it processed.  Cancelling a registration places a credit on your account that you will need to request to have refunded when permitted by policy.
  • In the event that you would like to ask for an exception to the policy, please contact the organizer of the event directly.  Their contact information can be found in the footer of this page.


Note:  Refunds take 5-10 business days from the day they are processed to be returned to your account.  This does not include holidays or weekends.
