First, be sure to check your spam and junk folders to be sure any emails have not ended up there. If you’re sure you aren’t receiving notifications:
- Click your name in the upper right hand corner of your screen to access your User Profile
- Click Settings and make sure:
- "Accept Email Messages" is enabled
- The appropriate notification types are enabled
- "Accept Email Messages" is enabled
- If this is done and you’re still not getting them, contact support@trackrabit.com.
- If you are not receiving notifications regarding successful registration or payment, contact us, as these notifications cannot be turned off
