Why am I not receiving notifications?

First, be sure to check your spam and junk folders to be sure any emails have not ended up there. If you’re sure you aren’t receiving notifications:

  1. Click your name in the upper right hand corner of your screen to access your User Profile
  2. Click Settings and make sure:
    1. "Accept Email Messages" is enabled
    2. The appropriate notification types are enabled
  3. If this is done and you’re still not getting them, contact support@trackrabit.com.
  4. If you are not receiving notifications regarding successful registration or payment, contact us, as these notifications cannot be turned off
